What is included in the All-Inclusive package at Creta Maris Resort?

Creta Maris Resort’s operates οn an All-Inclusive basis which includes food and drinks in all 7 restaurants (1 Main Buffet Restaurants & 6 Theme Restaurants), 9 bars and 6 snack points (one bar and one snack point located in the Exclusive Adult Rooms Area) throughout the day until midnight. Special branded drink options are available on extra charge. You may get a glimpse of our menus and all options available through the mobile app.

Does Creta Maris Resort have an adult-only area?

Creta Maris Resort offers the "Exclusive Adult Rooms Area", which is exclusively available to guests staying in the Exclusive Adult Rooms, aged 16 and over. The Exclusive Adult Rooms are scheduled to be renovated in 2026. The Exclusive Adult Rooms Area includes: Spira Pool, 3 heated East Pools, Sima Beach Bar, dedicated gazebos at the beach, dedicated dining area in our main “Enomy” Restaurant, dedicated Spa Pavillion for outdoor treatments.

As an adult guest, do I have access to the Exclusive Adult Rooms Area, even if I am not staying in an Exclusive Adult Room Type?

Access to the Exclusive Adult Rooms Area is exclusively available to guests staying in the Exclusive Adult Rooms. Therefore, even if guests meet the age requirements, unless they stay in these specific room categories, they do not have access to that area. However, all adults and guests over the age of 16, regardless of their room type, can enjoy the adult-friendly ambiences of: Adama Cocktail Bar, Nami Wine Cellar (extra charge), Alatsi Seafood Restaurant (on specific days).

Can I make dinner reservations before my arrival at the resort?

No, pre-booking dinners prior to arrival is not possible. Dinner reservations can only be made after check-in, as your room number is required. Restaurant availability is updated daily, and reservations can be made via the “Creta Maris Resort” mobile app either one day in advance or on the same day until 15:00. Alternatively, our restaurant hostesses will be happy to assist. Please note that each themed restaurant can be reserved once per 7-night stay and is subject to availability.

Does Creta Maris Resort offer accessible rooms?

Yes, we offer 19 accessible rooms that are designed to cater to the needs of guests with mobility challenges. These rooms feature: adapted bathrooms, elevators, access to the hotel’s F&B outlets, beach, pools, and main public areas, accessible hotel toilets. In addition to the accessible rooms, we also provide a mobi-chair on a daily basis for easy access to the beach. If you wish to use the mobi-chair or have any special requirements, please contact our Reception for assistance.

Can non-residents access the facilities at Creta Maris Resort?

Non-residents can purchase a Day Pass if they wish to enjoy the resort's facilities. The Day Pass is valid from 10:00 to 18:00 and grands access to all resort facilities, including pools & waterpark, snack points and restaurants that offer lunch. Furthermore, Day Pass holders can participate in all activities offered in our daily entertainment program. Please note that availability must be confirmed one day in advance through our reservations department at reservation@cretamaris.gr or +30 28970-27117.

How can I become a member of your Select Club?

To become a Select Club member, please follow the instructions on our website here. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll start earning points for every stay that can be used for exclusive benefits.

Are transfers available between Heraklion Airport and the resort?

If you have booked your stay through our website, you are entitled to complimentary transfer services between the Heraklion Airport or Port and the resort based on the length of your stay: For 5-6 nights, you are entitled to your Arrival transfer only. For 7 or more nights, you are entitled to both Arrival and Departure transfers.

How can I arrange my Complimentary Arrival & Departure Transfer?

Please contact to our Reservation Department at reservation@cretamaris.gr to confirm your transfer and arrange all details. We will request your flight details (arrival time and flight number).

What if I didn’t book my stay through the official Creta Maris Resort website, can I still arrange a transfer?

Even if your reservation was made through a third-party platform, we’d be happy to assist with your transfer arrangements. For prices and further details, please email us at reservation@cretamaris.gr with the following: Flight number, estimated arrival time, number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, any special requirements (e.g., child or baby seat).

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability, for an additional charge. These services cannot be confirmed in advance and should be arranged with reception upon arrival or before departure. Guests staying in Premium Rooms & Suites and Silver, Gold, and Platinum Select Club members may enjoy this service free of charge, subject to availability.

What happens if I arrive early at the resort?

If you arrive at the resort earlier than our standard check-in time (15:00), you may leave your luggage at the reception, and start enjoying the facilities of our resort, until your room is ready for check-in. If your room is available and ready upon arrival, we would be more than happy to check you in as soon as you arrive, at an extra charge. Early check-in is free of charge for guests of Premium Rooms & Suites, and Silver, Gold & Platinum members of our Select Club, always subject to availability.

What happens if I arrive late at the resort?

Our reception is open 24 hours, so you can check in at any time without any issues. Additionally, if you arrive late, our main “Enomy” Restaurant offers a late snack buffer until 00.00.

Do you offer anti-allergic bedding options?

Yes! We provide 100% cotton sheets that are specially washed with green soap and synthetic pillows for guests with allergies. If you require these items, please let us know in advance so we can prepare them for your stay.

Do you offer baby amenities?

Yes! We offer baby cots, baths, strollers (subject to availability), kettles, bottle sterilizers, baby phones, highchairs in all restaurants, kids’ menus, and baby food upon request. Baby changing mats are available in public toilets. Please contact reservation@cretamaris.gr before arrival or speak with Reception upon arrival for assistance.

How can I make a dinner reservation at the resort?

Dinner reservations can be arranged easily after check-in by using the “Creta Maris Resort” mobile app. You can reserve one day before or on the same day until 15:00, once you have your room number. If you encounter any difficulties with the app, our restaurant hostesses will be happy to assist you on-site. Please note: Pre-booking (before arrival) is not available. Guests may dine once at each thematic restaurant during a seven-day stay. Reservations in our restaurants are subject to availability.

Do you cater to special diets or food allergies?

Yes, we offer options for guests with special dietary needs or allergies. All menu and buffet items are clearly labeled with ingredient and allergen information, and options such as lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian dishes are available. Please note that all food is prepared in shared kitchen areas with common allergens, so traces may be present. Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a dietary form, after which our restaurant maîtres will be happy to assist you with safe food choices.

How can I arrange a special celebration for an occasion like a wedding anniversary, birthday, or honeymoon?

Whether you are celebrating a wedding anniversary, birthday, or another special occasion, our Guest Service team will be happy to assist. You may contact them upon arrival at the Lobby office, or reach out in advance via email at GuestService@cretamaris.gr . We are pleased to offer a complimentary small cake, served at dinner or in your room, upon request one day in advance. Additional services such as private dining, wine tastings, and excursions are available at extra charge. Our team is at your disposal.

What is the Kids Entertainment at Creta Maris Resort?

Creta Maris Resort offers fun activities for all ages. The Baby Room (0–5 years) operates May–September and requires parental presence. Asterias Kids’ Club (4–12 years) runs Monday–Saturday with creative programs; reservation required and no parental stay allowed. The Teens’ Club (13–17 years) operates from mid-June to mid-September. Is there a mini disco at Creta Maris Resort?

Our weekly entertainment program includes a fun and engaging “Kids Party” held in the evenings for the little ones.

Where can I see the daily entertainment program for both adults and children?

You may find our entertainment program on our mobile application “Creta Maris Resort”. The program is updated weekly. The activities offered can be altered according to weather conditions, occupancy and operational needs. We recommend downloading our mobile app to stay up to date with all the events and activities offered in the resort.
